how to upload rtsp files ?

Hi
I have a requirement of uploading the rtsp/pnm files.
Does any one has any idea how to do that?
I tried using CURL but seems like that curl doesnt have the support for the rtsp/pnm files.

cURL is for remote data. Uploading doesn't require cURL.

And you can upload *any* file, regardless of the file type. What seems to be the problem?
