actully my problem is....they r 2 fields in my DB CALLED AS PAGE_NAME N MAE...when page_name is empty i want 2 replace it by name colum...

n 1 more thg is if page_name is already exiting then i need go 2 pervious page n ask 2 enter other name...

hoping 4 best solutions....

I am not going to provide samples for this thing, come with the source codes so far you have completed, or else its too difficult to understand your original post. re-post it.

Hi.

It would be very helpfull if you wrote acctual words instead of that nosence you posted. It's hard enough trying to decipher the sentence structure without all that.
