Need a very simple script to capture email

Looking for a script that simply captures emails and writes them to a text file (or database)

in a nut shell..

user goes to site...

sign up for our newsletter _______________ _____ submit



and thats it. no conformation etc..

hit submit and the email is written to the text file

pointing me in the right direction would be mucho appreciated
