PHP Script Error

I downloaded the "refer a friend script.zip" file from
http://www.conversionc hronicles.com/Viral_Marketing _Refer_A_Friend _Script.html

There are 3 files:-

form.html
mime.mail
process_referra l.php

The readme.txt file says to make a couple of changes, which I did. However, when I upload the three files to my website www.hypnosicard iff.co.uk and try to run "form.html" I get the following error.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '-', expecting ',' or ';' in /home/h/y/hypnosiscardiff _co_uk/mime.mail.inc on line 20

I am not sure what I need to change now or how to figure it out. I am sure there is just one tiny change to make in one of the three files - but I've simply changed the files as per the instructions in the readme file. I would be grateful for any assistance, as I am a total newbie to this stuff and just wanted to help my clients have some more tools to use and I'm not sure where to go with this one.

I have looked at it and it runs fine with me. So the only way to look at your changes it for you to show the file mime.mail.inc here.
