im a new member of the forum and a new explorer in using PHP..
could any one help me with my problems in developing a website using PHP??

i have some technical problems in terms of codes.

i try to make a website that can post documents and provides the user an editor just like posting a message and retrieving files from databases..

posting message like starting a discussion hyr in THE SCRIPTS.
ur big help wud be greatly be appreciated!...
