    No.

    XHTML, but this may still take a while. Currently only the most recent
    browsers support it (IE doesn't) and XHTML 2 is still a working draft.
    It will take years until it makes sense to use it.

    We might even see a HTML 5 ...

          Yeah, until Microsoft manages to make a browser that handles XHTML
          correctly and doesn't require using text/html content-type for XHTML
          files instead of application/xhtml+xml or text/xml. Unfortunately that
          might take a decade to happen..
