Does anyone knows a software that can do the following:
1. Web Based
2. Upload documents and do simple version control
3. Assign emails (or user ids) so that that particular user can
login to view / download the documents
4. Quota control by grouping
For example:
1. Administrator creates a new project with Quota
2. Administrator defines who can access this project (could be
internal + external users)
3. Users can upload files (with version control)
4. When a user upload a newer version or new documents, an email
will be sent to the group to notify them of new documents.
5. Documents can be in the form of Pictures, Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
