Script to be able to upload pics?

Guys/Gals,
I was looking for a website software that will allow users to upload
their pics to my website(still in the works). So far, i haven't found
any. Is there a script in PHP that will allow this functionality or
something that can written in PHP to do this? Thanks.

there is about a million of these yes.. try google.com and
hotscripts.com
