What errors? Did you upgrade properly, including doing the appropriate thing
        with php4ts.dll?

There's nothing wrong with doing an upgrade from IIS to Apache ;-)

            Yep..

Went back to 4.3.4 no problems...

When I upgraded i just shut down IIS and killed the PHP directory...

PHP 4.3.6RC1 is out now, there were a number of problems in 4.3.5 for
              Windows users.

              Thanks

FWIW, I'm also getting get crashes from PHP when stopping/restarting Apache on
                Windows with 4.3.5.
