Looking for someone to host two PHP sites

I have two sites that i use for personal stuff (family, friends,
photos). They are PHP sites butim not a programmer. They were setup
by a friend who no longer helps with them. There are some things with
the Gallery upload and topics that just don't work anymore. I suspect
it would be trivial for someone who knows PHP to fix. I am willing to
pay $100 a year for someone to keep the sites up and running...minim al
    time is needed.

    Thanks,

    -Sean

Are you looking for someone to host the sites or for someone to administer
them remotely? If you want them hosted, $100 aint gonna cut it. If you want
them administered, it's unlikely that $100 is going to draw much talent.

I hope it's minimal, since that would buy about 2-3 labor hours per year
for any kind of skilled web programmer. Otherwise, all you'll get is
      other amateurs.

It's hard to believe that there is anything that complicated, you'd be
better off learning PHP on your own. Post the stuff that is giving you
problems, along with THOROUGH description of:

      1. What you expect to happen
      2. What is actually happening
      3. How 1 differs from 2
