    Simple Admin Panel

Does anybody know a simple admin panel to use to manage little
    applications?

I need only an user/admin basic structure.

    Thanks.

What do you want to administer? Database? Permissions? More like content
    management?

In this case I would develop a webring. However I would use it also
      for content management.
      Thanks.

Could you elaborate a bit more? Do you just need a login panel with links to maintenance functions or do you want the complete show, including the maintenance functions themselves?

          Thanks.
There are lots of content management systems out there. If you make a post
that specifies more details about one or two particular apps, you are
likely to get lots of responses. Your OP does not have enough detail for
anybody to really come up with anything.

I'm mostly a db guy myself, so I can't offer much on Content-management
systems, we do that as just another table in the database.
