    can't login to php website

I've been trying to log on to the friendsofjoshgr oban.com which appears
to be a php site. I get the following error message "Sorry, an account
with that username/password could not be found. Please verify your
login information." I have tried using IE and Firefox with the cache
and cookies deleted. I have uninstalled Norton and Windows defender.
I still can't get on. I don't know anything about php and was hoping
someone here might have a suggestion on what I can do to fix this. Is
it my problem or theirs? Thanks

Ask their help desk, its like your login was removed by them.

    Anyway check your capslock.

Did you EVER have an account? Did you pay your bill? With a valid
credit card or other payment method? Have you been posting SPAM?
Note that not all web sites enable your account 0.05 seconds from
the time you click on the page where you enter payment details.

It's not the job of a PHP group to advise you on how to break into
a site. One thing that may be required, though, is to enable
cookies. I couldn't even get to the signup page without that.
