[UK] php small business hosting packages question.

I'm needing to have my own hosted space and have been looking around for
a UK based host.

The question is, who in your considered opinions are the best hosts
considering I've seen at least one host in my searches that only gives
on MySQL database, for example!

About 10 quid a month will do for now and the reason I've suggested a UK
host is due to any other banking fees when converting to dollars when
paying by using a standing order, or am I way off the mark ?
