advantages to PDFlib?

Hello,

Are there advantages to using PDFlib over FPDF? My employer has
purchased a license to PDFlib but I wanted to know if FPDF is a better
overall choice. I'm specifically referring to any PDFlib formatting
features that are not availilable with FDPF.
