php on Win2003 Server

Hello,
I would like to install and configre PHP on 2003 but I cannot do it.
I have tried all the procedures on the web but still not able to do it.

Can anyone help me to figure out this procedure?

Why can't you install PHP? Do you have problems with PHPs moral
implications?

So far, this is completely uninformative. What version of PHP are you
rtying to install? You are trying to install PHP under what HTTP
server? (Apache, IIS, something else?) You are trying to configure
PHP as... (a CGI executable under Apache, an Apache module, a CGI
executable under IIS, an ISAPI module under IIS, something else?) What
exactly do you do and what happens after you do it? What error
messages, if any, are you getting? Have you verified that the HTTP
server itself is operational before you attempt to install and
configure PHP?
