php and id3v2

Hi Group, I'm not sure where to go with this question so I figured I'd check
the group to see if anyone here has any ideas. I'm trying to write a php
application that can edit the id3v2 tags of an mp3 file and have found a few
php class files but they only support id3v1 and earlier. If anyone has an
alternative to being able to edit these tags in a web app I'd love to here
from you. Thanks much Todd
