PHP - i am a desperate case

    PHP - i am a desperate case

    Please help me out.

    I installed the xampp and everything is working fine on all te4st pages. The
    problem is, obviously, that i do not know how to execute a php script. From
    the test page when i click to phpinfo.php the script works (link just points
    to script), but when i try to open the file with my browser
    (file-open-browse-path-file) i have a query from windows about what type of
    file is it and i can not run the script.

    What am i doing wrong?

    How do you start a php script (phpinfo.php) from MS Internet Explorer?
