Setup using Real Server, Win Media Server, and I think Flash media server.
I have no little with Flash servers, not sure if you can stream live video
into .fla to .swf

I think real encoder is free, do not know, havent touched in in 3 years, but
I know winmedia encoder is, I use it watch my fishtank :) (I have a lot of
free time, and excess computers)
