    help: php & apache

    Hi!
    Just wonder if there are any sites with a guide on how to set up apache and
    php on windows XP. Would like to test my php-pages locally.

      Print it out before you start.

      Another option to a website is a book.

      I started my PHP training with Julie Meloni's "PHP Essentials"
      and just picked up her new SAMS book "Teach Yourself PHP, MySQL,
      and Apache in 24 Hours" a couple weeks ago. I'm hoping it'll
      help save some time in troubleshooting a Win2k install but haven't
      installed it from the included CD yet. 'Twas $20.99USD from

        Hey Ojorus,

        I'd recommend EasyPHP for setting up a full Windows development
        server. Check out my EasyPHP Install guide which walks you through
        everything, step by step.
