    SMS lib

    Hi All.

    I need to develop a web application with the possibility
    to send SMS; this ones are previously bought, then I don't
    need free accounts.
    How to talk with the service provider in order to send SMS
    already bought? I need SOAP?

      Depends on where you have bought the sms... And what services they are
      offering...
