PHP interface to Mailman

Hello,

Does anyone know about any work on building a PHP interface to Mailman ?

I've read about the Python extention for PHP "PiP" (Python in PHP), which
would allow to build an interface to Mailman directly in PHP :

But it still seems to be quite experimental. Did anyone happen to use this
extension ?
