    PHP Based Shopping cart

Does anyone know of a basic (or more advanced) shopping cart out there
written in PHP that processes orders but emails the order to a store
owner rather than process the payment? I have a specific need for such
function and don't mind installing a more full featured cart as long
as I have the ability to disable the online payment section. I have
access to a MySQL database so that is not a problem if it requires
    one.

    Thanks for your help

    I noticed that Message-ID:

I have one that does exactly that. I found it easier to write my own
rather than hack some code and no be sure of what did what.
Hey, it may be crappy code, but it's /my/ crappy code. :-)

Have a look at CubeCart should be very easy to disable payment methods
I did it as i use the cart within restricted area and all shipments
      are to existing customers.

CubeCart is rather small and not bloated with tons of stuff

Might I "borrow" a copy of that, neighbor? I'm in the same
hell that Gary is right now. It is apparent that I bit off
more than I could chew when I accepted this assignment, but
it's a real learning experience. TIA
