Size new window

The following code ( using target='_blank' ) opens a "normal" big size
window.

<a target='_blank' href='page2.php '>HERE</a>

How can I open a window with a small size?

Point 1. - This is not a PHP-related question.

Point 2. - If you go to a suitable newsgroup (e.g. alt.html) and ask
this question, you'll find that the general consensus on creating and
resizing browser windows is not usually a positive one...

You can't. Why are you assuming that the client is using a windowed,
graphical browser??

Besides that, many people do not allow resizing of a window! I for sure
have disabled this in my browser.
