Apache process terminated when loading php page

Itanium 2 (64-bit)
HP-UX 11.23
Apache 1.3.33
PHP 4.2.9

When loading a php page, the browser just pop-up a window telling
'Document contains no data'.

Apache error_log says:

child pid ??? exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
....
....

Anyone experienced this before? Any feedback?
