reading and manipulating vcalendar files

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good component for reading in vcalendar files and
parsing them? I'm specifically looking for code that works with rrule
settings, but any component would be great.

The ones I found so far are all about creating a vcalendar file, which
is the reverse of what I need.
