I have a question, How does Perl read a file. I know that by using Perl file handle we can write or read a file. but how the file handle operates when file handle is used

You are going to want to pick up a book on Perl basics. These types of questions are covered between any good books covers. In fact, check out any of the free books online that are offered. (chapter 6 looks promising).
