Call .NET asmx web service from PERL

Hello,

I am beginner for PERL CGI application.

I want to call ASP.NET (asmx) webservice from PERL
for which I downloaded SOAP : LITE.
I am not sure about setting up the SOAP LITE.

Can you walk me through step by step instruction
of installing SOAP LITE ?
