All the perl modules are not installing in Windows 2003 , like PerlMagic , Mod_perl, Template_GD, plz can u tell to install those modules ,

I am assuming that you are use ActiveState? If so, then use the PPM utility to install them.

Also, can you please elaborate on what you mean by "not installing"? Are you receiving errors when trying to install, or complaining that they are all not just "there" after you install Perl?

Remember, modules above and beyond the base set must be installed. As eWish said, you would use ppm with ActiveState.
