    Button Linking to Text File

    Someone,
Using Perl Script. I know there is an easy way to do this, but i'm just missing it. I have created a window using Win32::GUI::Win dow and I’ve added a button to this window. Now I’m trying to figure out how to make this button connect to a text file in a folder on the C: drive, so that when the button is clicked, the text file will open. Does anyone know how to do that?

I see no one has responded to this question? So i guess i'll add another one to it...

I have the same question as above, but now it applies to using Win32::GUI::XML Builder. In my other post called 'Perl XMLBuilder', I was able to figure out how to make a button call another perl script and execute it. Now I'm trying to figure out how to make a button open up a *.txt file for the user to view.

I don't know if it would be the same process with Win32::GUI::XML Builder as with Win32::GUI::Win dow.

Can i get some assistance please? Thank you!

    Happy Thanksgiving!
