FormMail.pl email recieving problems

I am new to using the formmail.pl script from Matt's Script Archive. The problem that I am having is that when a form is posted, normally everything is fine but lately the form has been submitting two sets of information at the same time throught the email. (The current one and the previous one submitted) I have figured out a temporary fix, (delete/move the file, and have the form error out a few times, before moving back). But I am trying to figure out what is causing this and what I can do to stop it from happening. The form goes to a supplier, so it can get confuzing when filling orders.

STOP! Do not use that script, use the FormMail script you can find here:

More secure, better written, and should be easier to setup.

As far the problem you are having.... Whenever scripts worked fine and now don't it's generally a change on the server.
