Searching multiple columns for a single word.

I am developing an application where I want to add some keywords for a particular Description . Number of the words is not fixed.
the table will look something like

s_no. Description Keyword1 Keyword2 ________ keywordn

I want to search all the columns with keywords for a single keyword. Is it possible??
