error conectivity problem

sir we have useing oracle10g and vb6 and pl/sql.
total users are 35.
when all users using the erp software, suddnely it shows error connectivity database error or TNS lisnter error.
i am using session=225 and processor =200.
i have ibm 3520rack server with 12gb ram.
kindly send the solution to avoid the error.
kindly tell me how much session and processor is used
