Problem with ALL_CONSTRAINTS

hai all,
if i create a table or view..
i am not getting that in ALL_CONSTRAINTS and
ALL_CONS_CONSTR AINTS to check for the primary and foreign
key constraints...
can any one suggest me the solution???

Could you explain more clear what is the problem? You created table with constrainst and you don't see these contraints in all_constraints ?
