Call to undefined function oci_connect() error.

i just formatted my lptop.
and i install back wamp and oracle XE to run my project.
My problem is, it get Call to undefined function oci_connect()

i already remove the semicolon for oci in the php.ini.but it appears the same error. is there any solution for this?
