Delegation of Responsibility

Can any one help me out, how to implement a rule for delegation of responsibility in SSHR Absence management.

And How can icapture the Delegation details at the back end. If it is a normal approval, then hr_api_transact ions has the details of the transactions. Similarly is there any flag, that determines the current transaction is substitution rule and delegated to new person id.
I need this information because i need to setup an alert mail, only if the approval is delegated.

but The link has all the HRMS Tables. I was looking for difference if any we can make out in HR_API_TRANSACT IONS,between the normal flow of approval transactions and if a transaction is delegated.
