    Discoverer Parameter

    HI All

I got a requirement where in, the parameter box should hold the values of all the employees and ALL also. When the end user clicks on All, then all the data should be displayed.
    Please help me out

    Hi,
You can create new parameter to enable Discoverer to do the required functionality.C reate the Appropriate condition.

    Hopefully this may help you.

    Thanks!

The suggestion was good if am implementing some business logic. But consider a scenario where in user selects the country and automatically the states have to change. What to do in such a scenario?

You can create the new parameterized condition .. from the "values" combo select the new parameter wherein you select default value to ALL..ORing this condition with the condition to compare the employee name itself will solve your problem.Apply this condition then to you worksheet.

        Thanks,
        Mukta
