How do i add a filed to existing parameter form on report to use as condition for select with 3 options active, inactive or both. this is a ESB Inventory ValueReport

You can do so by first creating a user parameter in the report and add that in to the parameter form of the report.

You also need to add a parameter to your concurrent program in you oracle applications
