Hi Everyone,
i have to develpe a report which give candidate time sheet entry detail as well
missing time sheet detail After that i have to send this report to every
candidate by mail having its own data.I am a new in this field so pz help me.

if you are using report 6i then use report 'letter format' or 'mail format'. any one of them will help you to saolve the problem.

I am using report builder and i have to register this report in oracle apps.

Here would be your work around:

1. Create a report using reports builder that display student information by taking student ID and student email address as input parameter
2. Design the layout as you want to display the information
3. Once the report is run, in the after report trigger , write a pl/sql code that will send email of the output of the report to a email address that is passed as input parameter in step 1.
4. make use of UTL_SMTP for implementing mail functionality

i am using repoer builder6i and i have to register this report in oracle apps.

for registration of report in 11i apps , you must have 11i molude named as 'AOL'
application object library. through which you can register forms and through which reports. but this is the part of 11i apps. you must know use of AOL 11i apps module. and it is process we have to follow.

if you want to send the report directly on net from form. so it is possible.
but coding of this process is very long. i can not paste here.

another in report builder having option Mail to send report to anyone.
