i have a problem in oracle apps. Actually we use Orcle Financialsat two locations. we connect directly to server at one location and the other uses citrix server itseems. recently the people using citrix server had a problem. they are unable to retrive data fastly. It takes almost one full day to get the output for the requst submitted in Apps.

what is actually Citrix server, what might me the problem in this issue and where can i find the architecture of oracle financials.

Is it because there are many other requests running in parallel.
In case if there are any scheduled jobs running, then there might be a delay and the performance of oracle apps will go down drastically.

Hi,

it might be the case that the request are scheduled, so that they are running only during the daytime. Or that the Concurrent Managers are scheduled.
