How to read Harddisk number

No, that is not possible using of the SQL commands.

Hi,

You can see the list of data files, of a given database, in dba_data_files / dba_temp_files tables. But not the hard disk numbers.

What you may have to do is, spool these files names in a file and then using shell script find the disk numbers of each file.
