i would like to ask about how to do milestone, Gantt Chart, project schedule and budget using oracle 9i in database.

im doing final year project at USM. so ur guidelines will help me to do my project.

Why dont you try Oracle9i Designer or Oracle Designer 10g. I am sure you could design class diagrams, UML and more. You should be able to find the documentation at www.oracle.com. Or try this http://www.oracle.com/technology/obe/obe_as_1012/j2ee/index.html#clie nt
