STAT Gathering

Can any one help me to find answer for problems given below.

1.How to find about the statistics jobs being run on a server.

2.If it is currently using ANALYZE, how to change it to dbms_stats.

3.How often the statistics were being run. How to check that the statistics are being run very often than really needed.
