Simple query

Given a table:

SQLWKS> select * from phone;
ID PHONE
---------- ----------------


1 123
1 456
1 789
2 234
2 567


5 rows selected.
would it be possible to get an output like: ID PHONES
---------- ----------------


1 123, 456, 789
2 234, 567


2 rows selected.
I want a query ..
