No copy Parameter

Dear Guys,

My Oracle version is 10G.I have an some doubts in No copy Parameter.
I searching in google not getting Perfect answers.Am a new guy for this forums.
Any body give an instruction ,what's the purposes os NO copy parameter and
give an example program for No copy parameter is better.

NO COPY -> pass by reference
without NO COPY -> pass by value
