I uninstalled client Oracle 8 completely except a file:

D:\orant\BIN\OC IW32.DLL

who doesn't want to be erased, how to make to erase it? thank you for your help

What happens if you try to manually delete it?
Have you tried restarting the computer before deleting the file?

re-boot the system and then delete the file after un-install .

because that is the file responsble to run the oracle un-installer on your system.
