Find Product Key

Hi All, For Oracle 9i or Oracle 10g...if someone needed to deinstall and reinstall..wher e would they find the "license Key"..i.e. if they didn't have the physical media (cd) to install from, could they find that key somewhere on the system?

In 10g u dont need lisence key to deinstall .
