Creating the my own account in Oracle9i

How to create my own database with myname just like a scott and tiger.And my new database should contain all the functions of the scott/tiger.If any one konw this please send me the replay at bprasanth_nair@ yahoo.co.in.

do u want to create a database
or
a database user. ?


if u want an user then

[CODE=oracle]
create user iddentified by password;

grant connect, resource to username,
[/CODE]


execute these from sys schema or any other user having the required previleges
