Retrive Sys Pwd

In case of user forgot sys user Password and how will u retrive Sys User Password

Any one Know pls reply Me.

You can't. At least Oracle says you can't.

I would either "connect / as sysdba"
then "alter user sys identified by new_pass"
or
use a external application ORAPWD, ORADIM to recreate the password. These are usually located in <OrACLE Home>/bin

odds are the password is 'manager'. lol
