Does Oracle Apllication server is free?

I want to Ask about if the Oracle Application Server is free or priced ?
and also if I have a database and want to host it on a Server, how can I put in and what should I use to do so? and what should be installed on that Server ? what Software ( oracle Database or Application Server only or what?)

if anyone can please show some information for me as a bigginner to use oracle would be very appreciated..

Sorry dear OracleApplicati on server is not at all free.

If u want u can download it from oracle site and can use it only for testing purpose.

But you can't use it for production purpose.

You need to pay for that and get the lisence.
