Access a single device on another subnet

Due to circumstances beyond our control we have our system on one subnet (Subnet A). Almost all of the devices we need to access are either public - so are handled by the gateway, or on the same subnet. But...
There are one or two devices on a different subnet (Subnet B). In most cases both subnets are managed by the same router, sometimes not (I realize this would make a big difference).
How can I set it up so the one or two devices on subnet B can be accessed by our system running on subnet A?
We cannot simply move those devices on Subnet B - they serve a critical purpose on that subnet (building security).
Suggestions? I was hoping there would be some way to create an IP Alias so that a reserved/static IP on Subnet A were configured to NAT over to the device on Subnet B. If that exists I cannot find anything to describe how to set that up.
And oh - our system consists of some Windows and some Linux devices.
